Order Cancellation
We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at help@hotpotstrainer.com as soon as possible.
- If your order has not yet been processed, packaged, or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already been shipped or handed over to our logistics provider, we will not be able to cancel it. In this case, you may still request a refund under our 30-day refund policy.
30-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy.
This means you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, even if you simply changed your mind or the product was not the right fit for you.

Returns
In some cases, we may ask you to return the item before your refund is processed.
If a return is required, please do not send the product back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address by email.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, and any optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at help@hotpotstrainer.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the issue
- A short description of the problem
After reviewing your request, we may offer a refund, replacement, or another suitable solution.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item or option, the fastest solution is to request a refund and place a new order.

Wrong Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. In that case, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery
If the tracking information shows that your package was successfully delivered, but the package is later lost or stolen, HotPotStrainer is not responsible for the loss.
We recommend checking with your household members, neighbors, local post office, or shipping carrier. Any refund or replacement in this situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks
We cannot issue refunds for orders that are already under a chargeback or payment dispute.
